TRVL Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TRVL's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not proceed to use the platform.

2. Service Description

TRVL operates as a digital intermediary platform for searching and booking accommodations. It is clarified that TRVL is not the owner, manager, or provider of the accommodations. The accommodation agreement is entered into exclusively between you and the respective accommodation.

3. User Account

• Validity: You are required to provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
• Age: You must be over 18 years old to create an account.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords. The account is personal and sharing is prohibited.

4. Bookings & Pricing

• Availability: All bookings are subject to confirmation by the accommodation.
• Price Changes: Prices are dynamic and may change until the booking is completed.
• Additional Taxes: Some accommodations may charge local taxes (e.g., climate resilience fee) that are not included in the platform price and are payable on-site.

5. Payments & Security

Payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring top-tier protection of your data. By making a payment, you automatically accept Stripe's Terms of Use as well.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are independently determined by each accommodation. You should check the specific cancellation terms of the particular room before finalizing the booking.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

TRVL respects your privacy. The collection and processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can learn more in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TRVL is not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or accuracy of information provided by accommodations.
• Damages, injuries, or losses arising during your stay.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) affecting your trip.

9. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, and technology of the platform are the exclusive property of TRVL and are protected by intellectual property law.

10. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time. These terms are governed by Greek Law. For out-of-court dispute resolution, you can visit the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
