1. Booking Process & Confirmation
How can I make a booking?
The process is simple and completely secure. Enter your destination, dates, and number of guests on the homepage. After comparing available options, select your desired room type and complete your details on the checkout page.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
TRVL operates with an Instant Confirmation system. Once payment is completed, the official booking voucher is automatically sent to your email within 2-5 minutes. If you don't see it, please check your Spam folder.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Flexibility depends on the property's policy and the room type you selected. Specific cancellation terms are clearly stated both during booking and in your confirmation email. Many of our rooms offer Free Cancellation up to a certain date before arrival.
2. Payments & Financial Policy
Do I pay online or at the hotel?
To secure our preferential rates, all payments are made online through our secure platform. Note: Certain local taxes (e.g., city tax or resort fees) may be paid directly at the property upon arrival, according to local regulations. This will always be clearly indicated before completing your booking.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes. In partnership with Klarna, TRVL gives you the option to travel now and pay later. You can choose 3 interest-free installments (Pay in 3) or Pay Now / Pay Later options, offering you maximum financial flexibility.
Are taxes included in the final price?
TRVL follows a Total Transparency policy. The price you see includes all mandatory taxes and service fees. The only exception are municipal taxes imposed by specific cities and collected directly by the hotel.
How can I get a receipt or invoice?
The booking voucher you receive electronically serves as complete proof of your transaction. If you require an official invoice for corporate use, please request it directly from the hotel reception at check-out, as the accommodation service is completed at the property.
3. During Your Stay
What if I need help at the hotel?
For immediate requests (e.g., housekeeping, check-in time), the hotel reception is your fastest link. For any issues regarding your booking terms that cannot be resolved on-site, TRVL's Support Team is available daily from 09:00 - 21:00.
Are my transactions secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption protocols and partner with the world's leading payment providers (Stripe, Klarna), ensuring that your personal and financial data remain protected.
