General Terms
1) Standard Rate – Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival Payment Policy A 50% deposit of the total amount is required after completing the reservation. Bank account details will be provided in the confirmation email. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed. A photo or scan of the bank payment receipt must be sent via email as proof of payment. If the payment or proof of payment is not received within 48 hours, the accommodation has the right to cancel the reservation without notice. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival, or via bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival (advance notice and proof of payment are required). Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, no fees apply and the deposit will be refunded within 14 days. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable. Any modifications (number of guests, nights, etc.) may incur additional charges and must be confirmed by the accommodation. In case of early departure or no-show: The deposit is non-refundable, and the accommodation may charge up to 50% of the unused nights, in accordance with Greek and EU regulations. 2) Non-Refundable Prepayment Rate Payment Policy 100% prepayment of the total amount is required upon booking. Bank details will be provided in the confirmation email. Payment must be completed within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed. A bank payment receipt must be sent via email to confirm the payment. If payment or proof of payment is not received within the 48-hour period, the accommodation may cancel the reservation without notice. Cancellation Policy No free cancellation is available. All payments are non-refundable.
