The property reserves the right to charge the registered guest’s payment method on file for the cost of repair or replacement of any items damaged, broken, or removed from the accommodation without consent. If the damage is discovered after check-out, the guest will be notified in writing along with photographic evidence and a receipt or estimate of the replacement cost. Failure to settle the balance may result in legal action. We do not keep broken or visibly damaged items in our properties; therefore, in cases where repair is not possible, full replacement cost will apply. Bringing unregistered guests without prior approval is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
