Villa Razi was designed and built in 1935 by a French Architect strongly influenced by the Art Deco era. It was well preserved over the years, almost a landmark of the area of Loutraki. Only 70 m from the pebble beach, fully renovated to its former glory, it is now an elegant Villa of 159 m2 with 4 bedrooms, spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate utility floor, swimming pool, orange garden. While preserving all original art deco elements with its original oak stairs, wood flooring, terrazzo tiles and its stunning furniture, the villa now combines beautifully many modern amenities to create a contemporary ambiance for an idyllic getaway all year round.
