How to get there

Andros is only 2 hours away from Athens and the port of Rafina and 2 ½ hours from the island of Mykonos. Both ports are situated very close to international airports with incoming worldwide flights.There is also airport at Siros Island with ferry connection to Andros port. Buses with frequent itineraries connect the ports with the respective airports. Boat tickets can be purchased at the port area, on the spot before boarding. Reservations are usually needed during the months of July and August, weekends too. By the time you arrive at Gavrio, the port of Andros, there is a bus that takes you to Batsi.
