In the case that you rent a car from the airport, you will need the following driving instructions in order to reach Villas in Sounio: At the airport exit, you will head northeast on the main road of the airport (following the sign that leads you towards Athens). After a minute or so the road makes a big left turn which guides you to Attiki Avenue (Attiki Odos)/A62. After 5,4 Km of driving take exit 20 for 1,6Km to merge on to Attiki Avenue (Attiki Odos)/A6 toward Markopoulo Avenue/E94. After 4,2Km of driving, Markopoulo Avenue enters Lavriou Avenue. From there you will cover a distance of 24Km until you reach the first roundabout. At this point take the third exit (continuing straight) to enter Souniou Avenue (Leoforos Souniou). Then drive for another 1 Km until you rich the town of Lavrio. Once entering Lavrio, the road turns slightly right and Souniou Avenue becomes “Pl. Ir. Politechniou” (the main road of Lavrio). Drive for another 250m and you will reach the second roundabout, from there take the 1st exit continuing straight. At this point keep in mind that the previous roads, from Markopoulo Avenue /E94 to the last part of Souniou Avenue, are placed in a continuous line. After 3,9Km of driving on to Souniou Avenue, turn slightly left (sign) for another 240m and then turn again left (sign) onto Agiou Stilianou str. Continue straight for about 400m until you pass by a small church at your left hand and then you will be able to see the end of the road. At this point (sign) turn left for another 50 meters and make a right turn in to the first road (sign). This last turn is leading you to a rather steep hill. Make sure you shift to the first gear and keep giving it gas to take you uphill. In general there isn’t much traffic in this road but in case you see another car coming down, keep going, as you have priority due to the uphill. At the end of the hill, turn left (sign) for another 50m and then turn right (sign) in to the first road that you reach. Villas in Sounio are placed in the beginning of this road so after the last turn you will see straight away the parking area of your villa. Terms & Conditions for cancellations due to COVID19 1) The national lockdown or international travel ban must be officially announced either by the government of the guests’ origin or by an international organization such as (but not limited) the Greek government, the European Union, the World Health Organization or other. 2) The travel voucher will be valid for traveling on the same rate periods the guests’ purchased their original reservation. For example if the original reservation was for early June 2021, the voucher will be valid either for September 2021 (same rate period) or for early June 2022 or September 2022 (same rate periods). 3) In case of an illness due to Covid19, the guest(s) must provide official documentation (electronic form is accepted) from the hospital or the doctor that treats them in order to receive the refund. All documentation must have contact details of either the hospital or the doctor responsible, in order for us to validate it. Kindly note that all refunds will be materialized within forty (40) days after the official announcement of a lockdown or travel ban and within thirty (30) days in case of illness due to COVID19. In any other cancellation case, not related to COVID19, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
