Designed as a traditional two-level maisonette, the house comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or small groups looking for a spacious and relaxed holiday home. The ground floor features a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including a dishwasher, and a guest WC. On this level guests will also find one bedroom with a double bed. Balconies and terraces surround the house, offering pleasant outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape. On the first floor are the remaining four bedrooms. One bedroom features a semi-double bed suitable for two guests, another includes a single bed, a third bedroom offers two single beds, and the fourth bedroom contains one single bed. The main bathroom of the house is also located on this floor. From the upper-level balconies and terraces, guests can enjoy open views across the bay and harbor area, along with beautiful sunsets over the Ionian Sea and the natural landscape that surrounds the village. The house is equipped with reliable high-speed internet and all essential kitchen facilities, providing both comfort and practicality for longer stays. Within the private property there is also parking space available for up to four cars. Please note that access to the house requires climbing a number of steps, as the residence is slightly elevated, a typical feature of many traditional homes in the area. Farsa is a peaceful and authentic village located about 15 minutes by car from Argostoli. The area is known for its calm atmosphere, scenic views and proximity to several small beaches and traditional tavernas. Among the closest beaches are Ligia Beach, Limanaki Farswn, Agios Konstantinos, Agios Spyridonas (Kourouklata) and Koumaria Beach, some of which can even be reached on foot from the village. The location also provides convenient access to some of Kefalonia’s most renowned destinations, including Myrtos Beach and Fteri Beach, placing guests in a strategic position to explore the island.
