After restoring and repairing the building with the utmost respect to its origins, we are now in position to offers our guests hospitality in a superb location that combines the old world charm of hewn stone and wood with our warm hospitality and excellent services. Spilia village is situated ideally close to all unique attractions of western Crete (Ballos, Gramvousa, Elafonissi, falassarna etc) and at the same time only 25 Klm of the town of Chania, 30 Km from the port of Souda, 37 Km from the airport of Chania and 3 Km from the beach of Kolimbari.

How to get there

The area is ideal for people who like to relax in beautiful surroundings, or who enjoy walking, mountain-biking and swimming at the numerous beautiful beaches close at hand. There are many places of interest in the locality that are well worth a visit: The amazing beach of Balos at the northwesternmost point of Crete on cape Gramvoussa, Elafonissi a tiny island with white sand, separated from the shore by a lagoon no more than a metre deep. Old churches with unique architectural styles, the cave of Saint John the hermit in Marathokefala (400 m. from hotel), the Gorge of Deliana, the old town of Chania with its Venitian walls and houses, the old market place and harbour, museums, shops, bars and night life.
