Citizens of Israel, whether residents of Israel or other countries are subject to Israeli VAT (Value Added Tax,) currently 18%, according to the laws of Israel. VAT is not included in the rental fee in Israel and must be paid by the renter before entering the apartment. The obligation is on the renter to make arrangements for paying VAT to the Owner before arrival. One of the guests must be at least 25 years of age for check-in. Guests aged 25-30 are kindly required to provide a credit card for a security deposit of NIS 1500 prior to arrival.
