A bus and a tram, offering easy access to the centre of Athens and to El. Venizelos International Airport, stop just outside the hotel. How to get there

DIRECTIONS: Arriving in Athens via Athens International Airport (ATH) All major airlines fly directly to Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" which is located in Spata, 33 km away, a 35 minute drive from Paleo Faliro and Poseidon hotel.   From the Airport the Express Bus X 96, runs every 30 - 40 minutes on a 24 hour basis, terminating at the Piraeus Port. Edem bus stop is the stop for the hotel which is just out of the hotel!. Bus fare 5.50€. From the Airport by car or taxi: Exit 'Eleftherios Venizelos' via Attica Avenue and follow signs for 'Vari - Koropi" where you drive for 11 km. Continue straight on "Vari - Varkiza" Avenue for 1182 meters. Turn right on Constantinos Karamanlis Avenue and drive for 3 km. Turn right on Posidonos Avenue. You are now at the coastal Avenue, near 'Voula'. Take the coastal road for 10 km and after passing 'Voula', 'Glyfada', the old airport 'Hellinikon', 'Alimos' and 'Kalamaki' you will reach 'Paleo Faliro'. Poseidon Hotel is located to your right at 72 Posidonos Avenue. Taxi fare from the airport to Poseidon hotel is approx. 40 € during the day and 55€ from 0:00 to 5:00 as for this time period a double fare goes into effect
