The location is ideal for excursions through the Rhodes - Lindos road, which allows easy and quick access to the main attractions of Rhodes, such as the stunning Medieval Town and the harbour, the golf course of Afandou, the pictuersque Castle of Lindos and its ancient monuments DISTANCES• 30km from “Diagoras” International Airport• 28km from Rhodes City Center• 25km from Lindos Village HOTEL RULES & MANAGEMENT POLICIES POOL SUNBED & UMBRELLAS POLICY: (Opening hours 08:00 – 19:00) Reservation of Sunbeds: It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds free of charge before the official opening of the pool at 8:00 AM. Any towels or personal belongings placed on sunbeds before this time, will be removed by the staff. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss or damage of items left on the sunbedsSunbeds at our pools are available to be reserved with an additional charge per day. Use of Sunbeds after 8:00 AM: If a sunbed is not used for more than 30 minutes, the hotel staff will remove any towels or personal belongings placed on it to make it available for other guests. Again, the hotel will not accept any liability for loss or damage of these items. This policy is to ensure that all guests have equal access to the sun beds. For safety reasons, moving the umbrellas around the pool area is not recommended. Our team has carefully positioned them to provide adequate shade and to maintain a safe distance from the poolside. Moving the umbrellas could pose risks such as potential accidents or damage to the umbrellas themselves.The above information is visible in several locations around the hotel and in our Hotel Application. Public Beach: As per Greek law, private beaches do not exist in Greece, all beaches are open to the public. The hotel provides a private section on the beach for hotel’s guests, but cannot guarantee an exclusive adults-only concept on the beach. Individuals from outside the hotel can be enjoying the beach area as well. The sunbeds on our beach section are for our guests only and are offered free of charge except for the gazebos in the first row that are available with an additional charge. FOOD & BEVERAGE BOARD OPTIONS Basic board option is Bed and Breakfast. Additionally, we provide two extra board options: Half Board and All-Inclusive Package. Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant. Half Board: Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in the main restaurant (with all food items included). Drinks at the dinner are excluded. Guests have the option of exchanging their buffet dinner into buffet lunch or lunch in Armira Pool Side Restaurant, or dinner in La Pasteria Pool Side Restaurant. For lunch and dinner in these two A la Carte restaurants guests will receive a discount of 40 Euros per person on food items on the A la Carte menus. Drinks are excluded. All Inclusive Package: All-Inclusive Package includes selected choices from our food and beverage menus, as well as the mini bar in the guest rooms. All items included in the All-Inclusive Package are branded. Buffet breakfast, - lunch and -dinner in the main restaurant. Guests can choose also lunch or dinner in the A la Carte restaurants. Reservation for the A la carte restaurants is recommended. Menus for all the restaurants and bars are available via the hotel application. Removing or replacing any item from the mini bar will result in a charge. DRESSCODE At dinner time the hotel’s dress code is Smart Casual. What is Smart Casual? The smart casual dress code for restaurants means looking neat and stylish, but not too formal. It’s dressier than everyday clothes, but not as fancy as business wear.Gentlemen: Long trousers are recommended, kindly avoid athletic shoes or flip-flops. Ladies: Kindly avoid anything too revealing, athletic shoes or flip-flops.Swimwear is not allowed in the restaurants in general. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. Can we book late check-out? Kindly note that as late check-out is subject to availability upon your departure day, it cannot be confirmed at this point. Please contact our Front Desk team at least one day prior to your departure, in order to find out availability. There is an extra charge for this service per hour.In case the late check-out is not available, you can also book a courtesy room for half an hour (free of charge) to have shower and change before your departure. 2. Can we book early check-in? Please note that the official check-in time is at 15:00 hrs. Our team will do the best possible to arrange for you an early check in, taking into our consideration hotel's availability. For your better service, please notify the hotel with your arrival time. 3. Does the hotel have parking? Public parking is available around the hotel area and along the Eykaliptus Street, free of charge. 4. Does the hotel offer airport / port transfer? We can arrange a private airport / port transfer. The cost is 55 EUR per car per way.To book this transfer we will need your flight number and arrival time latest five days prior to your arrival date. 5. Can we upgrade our board? Board upgrades are available at any time. You can do them at our Front Desk upon your check-in or any time after that. For current rates please contact our Reservations Department prior your arrival or our Front Desk during your stay. 6. Can we rent a car at the hotel? At the reception lobby you can find a car rental desk. 7. We are arriving late. Can we still have a dinner? Main restaurant closes at 21:30 hrs. and the A la Carte restaurant La Pasteria restaurant at 22:30 hrs. In case of a later arrival for guest with Half Board or All-Inclusive, we provide cold plates in the room. Room Service operates on 24-hour basis. 8. We are celebrating a special occasion. Does the hotel offer something special to help us celebrate? By notifying us in prior, we will arrange a small surprise for all our honeymooners, guests having their wedding anniversaries and for everyone having their birthdays during the stay. 9. Can we have twin beds? In allour double room types beds can be set up as twin beds. In all the suites the bed is always a king-size double bed.
