Villa complex in Pelion, The Gems of Pinakates is a one-of-a-kind complex. It features five elegant newly-built two-level stone villas on an exclusive plot of land spanning 6,000 square meters (1.48 acres). The complex is located on the South-West slopes of Mt. Pelion, 300 meters above sea level and Kala Nera village, and very close to the village of Pinakates. Set in an enchanting olive grove, neighboring a traditional olive mill, all the private and communal grounds offer breathtaking views of the Pagasetic Gulf that will remain forever unobstructed. With great respect to mother nature and blending into the natural surroundings, we built the houses with care, detail, and precision—from within the mountain up. For aesthetic, environmental, climatic, and traditional reasons, the materials we use are primarily stone and properly treated wood. The villas combine Pelion-style ambiance with stylish and contemporary architecture and design. The interior is functional and cozy, yet eco-friendly and luxurious. That was our vision, which we have brought to life. Our shared spaces enhance the experience, offering a semi-Olympic 21-meter swimming pool overlooking the gulf, a BBQ and outdoor kitchen area, green lawns, and play areas for children—perfect for relaxing, socializing, or enjoying nature in comfort. In addition to the communal grounds, each villa includes its own private outdoor area, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and serenity alongside the benefits of a thoughtfully designed shared environment.
