Cancellation policies: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection. For non-refundable / discount rate reservations: This is the lowest rate you will find for our villas. Please note that no free cancellation is allowed for this rate and that special conditions apply. We understand that your travel plans may change in the future, unfortunately, no free cancellations are allowed for these rate plans. Therefore, once your reservation has been finalized, no modifications or cancelations are allowed for this rate plan and the total amount of the reservation is due as a cancellation fee. For refundable / flexible / Best available rate reservations: If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fees will be charged and your deposit will be refunded to you within 1-3 working days. If cancelled 30 days or less before the date of arrival; 50% of the stay’s total amount is due. If cancelled 7 days or less before the date of arrival; 100% of the stay’s total amount is due. If the reservation is cancelled on day 0 [check-in date] and in cases of no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Payment policies For non-refundable / discount rate reservations: We understand that your travel plans may change after your reservation at our hotel, but your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. Therefore, in case of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure, your credit card will be nevertheless charged with the reservation's total amount at the time of the booking and no refunds will be applicable for this rate. For refundable / flexible / Best available rate reservations: This reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, NOLA reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card. 50% of the total amount of your reservation is due at the expiration of your free cancellation period. 100% of the total amount of your reservation is due 7 days prior to your arrival date. Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation as well as an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the property. Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash. If the reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation period the deposit will be refunded to the cardholder within 1-3 working days. Check-in time: 16:00 Check-out time: 10:00 Environmental & Climate Resilience Tax: An environmental fee is due as of 01.01.2025 for all guests staying at our property. The fee is 0,50 euros per night for every night spent between November 1st and March 31st. The fee is 2,00 euros per night for every night spent between April 1st and October 31st. Cleaning fee: A 120,00 euro cleaning fee / per stay is applied for the Two-Bedroom Sea View Villa and it is not included in the reservation total cost. The cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. A 145,00 euro cleaning fee / per stay is applied for the Three-Bedroom Sea View Villa and it is not included in the reservation total cost. The cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 18 Pets: Pets are not allowed, therefore pet fees do not apply
