The main Villa unfolds in two levels, the entrance being from the upper level, where the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and one bedrooms are located with its bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower level, one master bedroom en suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with 1 sharing bathroom. The fith bedroom is an independent studio with kitchinette and ensuite bathroom, located on the ground level with private entrance and direct access to the pool.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. This amount is pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in to cover any potential damages incurred during the stay. The pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days following the guest’s departure, provided no damages, loss, or excessive cleaning fees are required. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Authorization: A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for the pre-authorization. No funds are debited unless damages or additional costs are confirmed after departure. Inspection: Our team inspects the villa before and after each stay to ensure its condition. Release of Hold: If no damages or additional charges apply, the pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days. However, the exact timeframe for funds to reappear may vary depending on the guest’s bank. Charges: In the case of damages, loss, or additional cleaning fees, the guest will be notified, and necessary charges will be applied.
