No funds are debited unless damages or additional costs are confirmed after departure. Inspection: Our team inspects the villa before and after each stay to ensure its condition. Release of Hold: If no damages or additional charges apply, the pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days. However, the exact timeframe for funds to reappear may vary depending on the guest’s bank. Charges: In the case of damages, loss, or additional cleaning fees, the guest will be notified, and necessary charges will be applied.
