General Terms
As of January 1st 2025 a new Environment fee will apply throughout Greece. This tax is not included in the room rate. Customers will be required to pay this tax upon arrival. 01/01- 21/03 & 01/11-31/12 € 1,50 per room per night 01/04-31/10 € 5 per room per night Any amendments on the local hotel tax will automatically apply without previous notification. Note: The minimum check-in age is 20 years old. Guests must provide a valid ID upon arrival to verify their age. Important notice: A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 3 rooms as this will be considered a group booking (prepayment will be required).
