General Terms

Please note that transactions with AMEX are subject to 1.5% surcharge. Upon check in we will ask for the body of the credit card that the reservation was made with. The deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after guests departure, in case no property damages apply. In case the damages exceed the security deposit amount held, the guest is obliged to settle the extra balance within 1 week from departure. Rates includes daily housekeeping cleaning, change of Linen twice per week, change of towels twice per week. Welcome drinks upon the main arrival, Wi-Fi and all taxes.
