Journey time from Mykonos to Hermoupolis ranges from 40 min to 1 hour 15 minutes depending on type of vessel. By Sea. Hermoupolis is connected daily with Piraeus port, the main port of Athens, throughout the year. Journey time is ranges from 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the vessel. ​Hermoupolis is also home port for smaller vessels that offer regional routes to the Cyclades islands.
