For group reservations over 3 apartments, contact the hotel directly. All group reservations are subject to a non-refundable policy. This means that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows. This policy is in place to secure availability for all our guests during periods of high demand and to avoid last-minute cancellations that can significantly affect our operations. We kindly ask travel agents, organizers, and guests to ensure their plans are confirmed before making a group reservation. By confirming a group booking with us, guests and agents acknowledge and accept the above terms. Policy for Extended Stays For reservations exceeding 10 consecutive nights, guests are kindly requested to contact the property directly prior to booking. This allows us to confirm availability and make personalized arrangements to best suit your stay.
