Kamari Horizon Villa

Kamari Horizon is a brand-new luxury villa spanning 285 m² (approximately 3,068 ft²). Set in a peaceful rural location, the villa offers beautiful sea views and complete privacy. Its generous indoor and outdoor spaces make it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.

The entire property is completely shielded from outside view, allowing guests to relax and enjoy every area of the villa in absolute privacy.

Two Private Swimming Pools

One of the villa’s most distinctive features is its two private swimming pools, arranged one above the other across two levels. The shallow upper pool incorporates a striking water feature, with water cascading into the lower pool. Spacious outdoor areas and sun loungers provide the perfect setting for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the island sunshine.

Five Master Bedrooms

The villa features five spacious master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and mosquito screens for added comfort.

Three bedrooms feature beds measuring 180 × 200 cm (approximately 71 × 79 inches). In selected bedrooms, these beds can be converted into two twin beds, each measuring 90 × 200 cm (approximately 35 × 79 inches), upon request.

The other two bedrooms feature built-in beds measuring 160 × 200 cm (approximately 63 × 79 inches).

Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas

Kamari Horizon offers elegant and comfortable living and dining spaces, together with a fully equipped kitchen suitable for preparing and cooking complete meals. The kitchen includes cookware, tableware, glassware and all the essentials required for an independent stay. Pool-safe plastic glasses are also provided for use around the swimming pools.

Most bedrooms open onto private balconies, while the expansive terraces include outdoor dining spaces and a BBQ area—ideal for relaxed meals and memorable evenings with family or friends.

Location

Although surrounded by a tranquil rural landscape, Kamari Horizon is conveniently located within easy reach of the airport, port and some of the island’s most beautiful beaches.

The picturesque fishing village of Alyki is also nearby, offering traditional restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and local shops.
