The Elysia Park entrance will be immediately on your left, next to the Elephants Kiosk.

Group Bookings For multiple bookings, different policies and additional supplements may apply.   In case you select the extras for pets (Comfort 1 Bedroom Suites, Comfort 2 Bedroom Suites, and Comfort 2 Bedroom Garden Residences only) A refundable deposit of 300€ will be required in case of damages. The pet must be less than 10kg.   Extended Stays For bookings of 15+ nights, a 10% deposit will be required at the time of booking. In case of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.   Bungalow Deposit Please note that upon your arrival, a preauthorization of the cost of 2 nights will be placed on your credit card to cover any potential damages. This amount will be refunded on your departure day, following a room inspection.
