- Rates include VAT and City Tax. The taxes specified are subject to change by Greek government regulation without further notice. - Applicable Tax Charges: An environmental fee, defined as Climate Resilience Tax, is applicable by law, payable by the guest directly at the hotel. The cost of Climate Resilience Tax is 15.00€ per room per night (for stays between April 1st until October 31st included) and  4.00€  per room per night (for stays between November 1st until March 31st included). - The hotel reserves the right to not accommodate guests that refuse to pay the occupancy tax. (If tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.) - Name changes must be requested by the guest that booked the original reservation.  Reservations may not be assigned or transferred in any manner to any third party. - Domes Noruz Kassandra now offers a pet friendly policy and accepts dogs up to 10kg. Your pet(s) should have all the up-to-date recommended vaccinations and you agree to obtain and provide all current records from a licensed veterinarian. Domes Noruz Kassandra may request this information at any time. Incurring charges • A non-refundable deep cleaning fee of 100,00€ is applicable. Terms & Conditions • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet and will be charged accordingly during or even after their stay. • It is strictly allowed to stay up to (one) pet in every room. • It is not allowed for the pet to stay in the room for 24 hours. • For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your pet (dog’s must be on a leash), or (c) your pet is caged. • Your pet is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel (pets are permitted in public areas only if they are caged) • Pets are not allowed in enclosed public areas, at restaurants, bars, fitness center and spa. • The usage of pools by your pet is not allowed. • Dogs must ideally be trained and well mannered. Guests that will not comply, will be requested to find alternative accommodation and 100% cancellation fees will be charged for all the remaining nights. The management reserves the right to ask the guests to remove their pet from the hotel premises, should the guests refuse to comply with the above policies of the hotel. - To check in, please ensure you have the credit card in the reserved guest's name and a valid ID. The guest whose name is on the reservation must also be present. - You may reserve up to 3 rooms in one reservation process. To reserve more than 3 rooms, please reserve an initial 3 rooms and repeat the process until your desired number of rooms have been reserved. For more than 9 rooms, please contact us directly as this will be considered as a group and different rates, terms & conditions will apply.
