General Terms
A damage deposit of €50 (by card) is required upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure. For monthly stays, a €300 damage deposit is required (by card) and will be refunded on departure. Additionally, there is a €35 room service fee upon check-out. Electricity and gas are charged extra based on consumption. For long-term stays, the apartment is inspected every 10 days by our cleaning service
