Damage deposit is collected cash upon check-in and refunded upon check-out, provided that the villa is returned as received.    I have been informed of Casa Palmera’s rules and regulations, and I undertake that I and my roommates or any of our guests will respect them.   I accept the responsibility to return the accommodation in the condition I received it and to cover the cost of any repairs or any damage that occurs during my stay due to my own fault or negligence or that of a member of my roommates or any of our supervisors.   The property is not responsible for loss or damage to your luggage, contents or personal effects during your stay.   The property reserves the right to retain your credit/debit card details and charge such amounts as it deems appropriate to compensate or restore the loss and expenses incurred by our property as a result of the foregoing.   Departure time is 11:00.   The property reserves the right to charge for unpaid account balances after departure.   There is a safe in the accommodation. Please store all your valuables and money in the safety deposit box. The property has no responsibility in case of loss or theft.   Pets are allowed upon request, with an extra charge of €150,00 per week, provided they are well trained, and not shedding on the furniture.
