How to get there
From Heraklion Airport to Grecotel Amirandes: Distance 17.4 km – driving time about 14 min - 80km/hour 1. Take Main Exit from Heraklion Airport towards the National Road 0.5 km 2. After the bridge, take right ramp onto Route 90/E75 heading to Agios Nikolaos 12.3 km 3. Continue on Route 90/E75 until the sign on right Kato Gouves 0.5 km 4. Follow sign Grecotel Amirandes, just before the next exit 2.9 km 5. Exit right from Route 90/E75 and drive under the bridge towards Kato Gouves 1.0 km 6. After the bridge you will merge onto the Old National Road. Drive straight and you will see the sign Kato Gouves 2,4 klm – 3 min 7. Continue through village Kato Gouves until sign of “Grecotel Amirandes” on right side 8. Turn left and follow road to end – entrance to “Grecotel Amirandes”. Sea Passenger and car ferries sail regularly between Heraklion Harbour and Piraeus (Athens), Santorini and other islands.

General Terms
Early Departures: For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable and it will be charged. Credit Card and ID Presentation: Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel. This term does not apply to travel agencies - B2B reservations. In case verification fails, the amount charged will be refunded and an alternative payment by cash or another credit card will have to be made on the spot. In case a third-party is involved in the payment, hence cannot be verified, a bank transfer is required. Payments Over €500: According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer. Smoking Policy: The hotel complies with the anti-smoking law by operating as a non-smoking establishment/facility Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event that a guest smokes in the non-smoking room, a fine of 100€ will be added to their bill at check-out to cover the cost of restoring the room.
