General Terms
For Non refundable offer Rates : Upon reservation a 50 % prepayment is required . For any cancellation after the reservation, the amount paid remains Non Refundable. For any Non Show the amount of 50% remains Non Refundable. In case of cancellation of one overnight reservation only , then the 100 % amount is Non Refundable. For Flexible Rates For cancellations within 21 days up to arrival or Non Show a penalty of 50% is to be applied. Upon expiration of free cancellation period the amount of 50 % has to be prepaid . Payment mode : either by cards via e-commerce secure link ( Visa , Mastercard , Amex ) or by bank transfer. In case of a Non-Show penalty of 50 % is imposed. In case of reduced overnights after check-in and or earlier departure a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost is applied.
