The building was erected in the early 20th century (1907) as a tobacco warehouse and today it is characterized as a “work of art” by the Ephorate of contemporary and Modern Monuments. In cooperation with the famous European company KARE Design we created a non-conformist original style luxury 4 star hotel. Our aim was to harmonically combine the traditional with the modern, keeping the exterior facade of the building unchanged and enriching the interior with contemporary artwork and furnishings creating a warm, modern, friendly environment for pleasant stay. Its unique location, near the old port of Limenas with the traditional fishing boats, next to the major archeological points like the ancient Agora, the ancient theater and museum where customers can tour and admire the past of this place.
