Bear left to follow signs for Koropi/Markopoulou (non-toll road). Continue onto Koropi Avenue. After 6.2 km turn left and continue on Koropi Avenue. Turn left after 900 m to follow signs Glyfada, Vari. Continue onto Leof. Varis/Varkizas Ave. After 9.5 km keep right onto Varis Avenue. After 850 m continue onto Leof. Varis Varkizas. After 2km turn left onto Leof. Kon/nou Karamanli (signs for Vouliagmenis). After 550 m continue onto Athinas Ave. slight right at lights onto Leof. Posiedonas. Turn left at traffic lights into Panos. Early Departures: For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable and it will be charged. Credit Card and ID Presentation: Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel. This term does not apply to travel agencies - B2B reservations. In case verification fails, the amount charged will be refunded and an alternative payment by cash or another credit card will have to be made on the spot. In case a third-party is involved in the payment, hence cannot be verified, a bank transfer is required. Payments Over €500: According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer. Smoking Policy: The hotel complies with the anti-smoking law by operating as a non-smoking establishment/facility Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event that a guest smokes in the non-smoking room, a fine of 100€ will be added to their bill at check-out to cover the cost of restoring the room.
