PLEASE CONSIDER THE BELOW RULES FOR THE PROPER USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION: Smoking is NOT allowed OR Smoking is allowed outside only. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any extra person staying overnight will imply an extra charge. Any other person in the property during the day is the sole responsibility of Guest. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. * Do not leave any food leftovers or rubbish around the house. The rubbish shall be thrown daily in the collectors that the public administration avails near the allotment. Do not move/remove the furniture from their standard placement. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval. Housekeeping: There is housekeeping service upon request. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the properties.Extra bed linens and towels are charged 5€ each set. The housekeeper can enter the accommodation ONLY through authorisation of the guest. The housekeeping service will be scheduled by our company according to a daily program which we avail. Please keep the gates of the property closed when you enter or when you leave the properties. Water is not drinkable in Mykonos. Always use bottled water. Water is precious and provided through water tank around the whole island, so consider a wise and proper use. The sewerage system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything Not even the toilet paper. There are waste baskets in every toilet No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Eventual damage or block of the sewerage system will imply a surcharge for the plumbers' service requested. Such service may not be immediate in peak season. If during the checkin the sewerage system works properly and any clog or blocking of the sewerage system occurs during the stay or noticed during the checkout , such clog or block will be charged from 150 to 500€. Pool: No children under the age of 12 permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain safety risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk and read carefully the pool rules that are provided in the accommodation. No parties and loud music that will disturb the surrounding properties during the time curfews are allowed in the property. Internet access and Wi – Fi is provided in the accommodation for free. In case of a key loss you are going to be charged 25€. In case you remain locked outside the property, the charge will be 100€. The office schedule is 09:00 to 21:00. Within this timetable you can be assisted for any administrative purposes or communications. Our assistance however is constant and a 24/7 direct line through mobile number is availed. Eventual request of technical support for any mishap or problem occured will be evaluated accordingly and put in priority within the office schedule. Such technical inspection or service request will be charged if it's on your responsibility. The charge for this will be 25€ or over it according to the seriousness of the issue/mishap. Please note that check in is from 15:00 to 21:00 and check out from 08:00 until 11:00. Within this time range no fee applies.
