Venezia Luxury Living: House Rules & Guidelines To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please take a moment to review and follow the guidelines below: General Guest Limit: Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed to stay on the property. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00. Parties: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Prior written approval is required for any gatherings. Children Welcome: Children are welcome at Venezia Luxury Living. Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please note: Infants and baby cots are not permitted in the Rooftop Jacuzzi Suite with Sea View for safety and comfort reasons. Barbecue Use Always supervise the barbecue while in use. Fully extinguish the fire with water after use. Check-In / Check-Out Check-In: From 15:00. All check-ins are processed at the Venezia Resort Hotel & Spa. Early check-in may be possible upon request and with an additional fee. Check-Out: By 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Please notify us of your departure time at least one day in advance. Before Departure Please ensure the following before checking out: Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning Wash any used dishes and return furniture to its original position Dispose of all garbage in the outdoor dumpsters provided Place used towels in the bathroom linen baskets Secure all windows and doors Return all keys to your host Damages & Security Deposit Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. A refundable security deposit ranging from €300 to €1,000 may be required. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Pets Pets are allowed upon request only and may be subject to size or breed restrictions. Please inquire in advance for more details. Smoking Policy Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the pool. Pool & Jacuzzi Use Please shower before using the pool or jacuzzi. Food and drinks are not allowed in these areas. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or jacuzzi. Sanitation & Waste Please dispose of sanitary items in the bins provided—do not flush them down the toilet.
