Terms & Conditions – Varmy Hotel, Ierapetra, Crete 1. General Information Varmy Hotel (“the Hotel”, “we”, “us”) provides accommodation services located in Ierapetra, Crete. By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, guests (“you”, “the guest”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Reservations & Payments All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Full payment must be completed according to the rate plan selected during booking. 3. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in time: 15:00 Check-out time: 11:00 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in. 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation type. Non-refundable bookings will be charged the full amount of the stay. For flexible bookings, free cancellation may apply until a specified deadline. No-shows will be charged according to the selected rate policy. 5. Guest Responsibilities Guests agree to: Treat the property, furniture, and facilities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately. Respect quiet hours and the comfort of other guests. Comply with all Greek laws and hotel policies. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of policy. 6. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations. 7. Pets Pets are allowed only upon request and confirmation by the Hotel for service pets. Additional charges may apply. 8. Liability The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure and use available safety features. The Hotel is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by guest negligence or misuse of facilities. 9. Housekeeping Housekeeping service is provided each 2 days unless otherwise specified. Linen and towels are changed regularly according to environmental policy. 10. Visitor Policy Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only with prior approval. Overnight visitors may incur additional charges. 11. Internet Use Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. Illegal online activities are strictly prohibited. 12. Force Majeure The Hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. 13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Greek courts. 14. Amendments The Hotel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted or made available upon request.
