1. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. We are happy to accommodate early check-in if possible, please just ask. Late checkouts are permitted with approval from our cleaners in advance. Late checkout without approval is 50e per hour. 2. This is a NON SMOKING home. We ask that you do not smoke inside the home. There will be a 150 euro charge if the evidence of smoking is found. Smoking is possible outside at the balcony only. 3. Pets are not allowed in the property. 4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL. These includes any use of the rental that causes it to be occupied by more than listed renters or pre-approved guests. A penalty of 3.000 euro may be charged in case of a severe violation of the above. Have fun, but please be respectful of our neighbours. According to the Greek law there are quite hours from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. These are considered quiet hours during which noise levels should be kept to a minimum to ensure the peace and quiet of residents. Use of the premises in such a fashion that disturbs neighbours shall be deemed grounds for eviction. 5. An initial supply of linens and bath towels are included in the home rental, additionally for our guest conveniences we offer every 3 days maid service which is included in the rental rate. 6. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the premises. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that may occur, nor for the loss of personal belongings. By accepting this reservation, guests agree to assume all risks associated with their stay. It is recommended to arrange personal insurance for trouble, personal risks, injuries and liabilities. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a safe box containing a key and instructions for use. 7. There is a satellite TV cable with 80 international channels along with streaming services, Netflix, Prime, You Tube etc that you can log into using your own account. You are responsible for logging out of your accounts. 8. We have an outdoor security cameras on the property to verify guests and visitors. They cover the front entrance and the side entrance to the underground parking. The cameras are used only for verifying the occupancy and resolving issues. Please inform The Samirah Luxury Residences in Elliniko in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
