Sunrise Seaview Villas provide luxury holiday accommodation within a safe and gated development at Ayia Triada, an upmarket residential area in Protaras, only 100m from the nearest sandy beach and about 8km from Ayia Napa. Along the coast you will find a string of ‘Blue Flag’ beaches and coves, where sugary sands slip into the crystal clear waters.
Of the 10 two-storey 3-bedroom seaview villas, two are directly on the seafront, but all feature bedrooms with ensuite, and there is ample space in the open-plan living area with lounge and dining room for 8 persons, or around the private pool in the garden with sunbathing deck.
Alternatively, you can escape to the roof terrace to sip refreshments while you enjoy some hydrotherapy in the jacuzzi, absorb the Mediterranean view, or simply relax and gaze at the stars.

Meals: Meals (Min: 4 pax) be delivered in a buffet style at the villa (Breakfast: 08:00-09:30, Lunch: 13:00-14:30, Dinner: 19:00-20:30). Delivery times indicated may slightly vary.   Check In/Out Policy: Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In/Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.   Electricity Allowance Policy: Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay   Refundable Breakage Deposit: A refundable breakage deposit of 600.00 EUR is required prior check in.
