Driving Directions to Santorini Heights From Santorini Port (Athinios) (Approx. 15-20 minutes):     Exit the port and follow the signs toward Fira (the island's capital).     Continue straight on the main road, and take the exit for Pyrgos village.     When you reach the main square of Pyrgos, follow the signs toward Prophet Elias Monastery.     Continue uphill and a few meters before the monastery you will find on your right hand Santorini Heights. From Santorini Airport (JTR) (Approx. 20 minutes):     Exit the airport and turn left onto the main road, heading toward Messaria.     Follow the signs to Pyrgos, passing through Messaria.     When you reach the main square of Pyrgos, follow the signs toward Prophet Elias Monastery.     Continue uphill and a few meters before the monastery you will find on your right hand Santorini Heights. Terms & Conditions – Santorini Heights By completing a reservation at Santorini Heights, the guest fully accepts and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Front Desk Operating Hours & Guest Assistance The Front Desk of Santorini Heights operates daily from 11:00 to 20:00 for in-person services. Check-ins are supported 24 hours, strictly by prior arrangement. For this reason, all guests are kindly requested to inform us of their exact arrival time in advance. Failure to provide arrival time may result in delays upon arrival. Throughout the day, guests may also contact our team via WhatsApp at +30 6972 926385 for assistance, requests, and coordination. 2. Children Policy For the comfort and, above all, for the safety of our guests, Santorini Heights welcomes guests aged 14 years and above. Due to the architectural layout of the property and the presence of private heated pools and elevated areas, children under the age of 14 are not permitted. 3. Food & Beverage Services Breakfast Service: Daily from 08:00 to 10:30 Lunch & Dinner Service: Daily from 13:00 to 20:00 All lunch and dinner orders require a minimum advance notice of 2 hours. Orders placed without the required notice cannot be guaranteed and may be declined based on availability. Drinks & Cocktails: Served throughout the day until 21:00. Room service and in-suite dining are subject to availability and operational capacity. 4. Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization Upon arrival, a security deposit or credit card pre-authorization of €400 is required per booking. This amount is held as a guarantee for incidental charges, damages, or violations of house rules and is released after departure, subject to inspection and settlement of any outstanding balance. 5. Guest Responsibility & Conduct Guests are responsible for maintaining the suite, villa, and all private facilities in good condition throughout their stay. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the credit card provided. 6. Services & Availability All services are provided subject to availability, operational conditions, and weather limitations. Santorini Heights reserves the right to modify service hours or suspend services in cases of force majeure, safety concerns, or technical issues. 7. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with a reservation, the guest confirms full acceptance of all above Terms & Conditions without exception.
