Kindly pay attention to the arrival time of each itinerary as the time to reach Spetses varies according to the stop-overs of each scheduled departure. The journey’s duration is around 2,5-3 hours. By Land Private transfer: We have an excellent co-operation with one of the most reputable VIP transportation companies and we can arrange guests to be picked up from Athens airport or any other location and driven down to the port of Kosta (2.5 hrs approx depending on traffic) drive. The driver will then liaise with sea taxi driver and guests are taken to Spetses island which is just 15 minutes away and there is also the choice of being dropped off just opposite the hotel. By Land Rental car: one may rent a car from Athens airport and drive to the port of Kosta. Upon leaving Athens International Airport, you head towards Attiki Odos. Follow the signs to Elefsina / Korinthos (E94) until they divide into Korinthos and Elefsina, and keep on (left) towards Korinthos (Corinth). This leads to National Road 8 (Athens-Corinth). Stay on route towards Korinthos. Soon you will notice signs to Epidavros. As you approach Corinth interchange you take the second exit, Exit B, that takes you under a bridge straight to the Corinth - Epidavros road where you then turn left, following signs for Epidavros & Spetses. Keep on following the signs to Spetses. You should reach Kosta after passing by Porto - Heli in about 1.5 hours [depending on traffic]. From there, you can choose between 2 different ways to reach the island: • by ferry boat, journey time 15 minutes, 4 times per day, all year round (please ask us about the ferry timetable). • by water-taxi, journey time 8 minutes, available around the clock, winter and summer. As private-use cars, are not allowed onto the island, one may safely park the car at the parking area of Kosta. By Air Helicopter: there is also this alternative and can be arranged on request, the Athens-Spetses leg journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
