Early Departures: For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable and it will be charged. Credit Card and ID Presentation: Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel. Smoking Policy: The hotel complies with the anti-smoking law by operating as a non-smoking establishment/facility Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event that a guest smokes in the non-smoking room, a fine of 100€ will be added to their bill at check-out to cover the cost of restoring the room.
