Important Information The Stay & Play Package is only available through direct bookings. Room Check-in is after 15:00 until 22:00 and check-out is until 11:00. But you can come to the hotel as early as you want The Hotel premises are for the exclusive use of the residents, outside visitors are not allowed under any circumstances. Visitors of the area can only visit The Newton Park during its operational hours for the public. Outside guests may not enter the hotel premises for any reason. If you have friends/acquaintances/relatives/company who are not staying at the hotel, they will not be able to enter the hotel premises, except in Newton Park during its opening hours for external visitors. Towels and sheets must be used with respect to the next user. Please do not eat on the beds, all rooms have tables. Please do not clean shoes or mud with towels. Do not dry water from the floor or wipe the bicycles or anything else with the towels. If you need a mop or extra mats or a cleaning towel, ask us. Attention! In case of damage to linens (e.g. mud, paint, etc.), there is a charge of 25 euros/piece & 50 euros for duvets. In cases where special cleaning is required (e.g. vomit, biological secretions, feces, etc.) Then there is a charge of 50 euros which covers the moral compensation of the cleaning staff. Any damage or vandalism caused by the Guest to the hotel, to rooms, equipment, linens, towels, furniture and decorative items, from markers, plasticine, hair dye, make-up or any sharp or non-sharp objects, the guest must cover the cost of the damage to the Hotel.
