Terms and Conditions By using the online reservation facility, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions: Prices: The room prices mentioned in the web site including prevailing taxes and service charges. Hotel reserves the right to change the prices listed on the website at any time without prior notice. The Hotel's base currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment/Credit Card Deposit: For reservations made via website, it is required to make a non-refundable deposit that equivalent to the first night of the total reservation amount payable by VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMEX credit cards. Room deposit will be collected when reservation is confirmed. An electronic reservation receipt (voucher) for every reservation will be emailed to the email address provided by the client at time of booking, who is then required to hand it in upon check-in for the offered services. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival. In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel's prevailing exchange rate. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Extension Stay: In case the client wishes to extend his reservation during his stay in the hotel, the hotel cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room, or even in the same hotel. In case the client wishes to extend his reservation prior to his arrival at the hotel, the client must contact the competent department of the hotel as soon as possible. Modifications: If the client wishes to change the days of his stay at the hotel, he must contact the competent department of the hotel as soon as possible. In case the client wishes to shorten the duration of his stay after his arrival at the hotel, no refund is available. In any case, clients should contact the competent department of the hotel as soon as possible. General: An amount equivalent to the entire reservation charge from initial period of stay will be applied for early departure and no show. The hotel reserves the rights to implement more stringent cancellation policy during high and peak seasons without prior notice. The refund of the reservation to the client by the company is realized via the same credit card used to make the payment for the reservation concerned. Special for Non-refundable Promo Payment/Cancelation Policy: No Cancellation or modification will be permitted for any reason. An amount equivalent to 100% of the total accommodation will be applied for any cancellation. A Full amount of entire stay will be required upon the booking made and non-refundable. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Check-out time is 12:00 PM local time. Hotel reserves the right to charge at 80% of the check-out date rate in this reservation if the client extends stay after the check-out time until and/or before 6:00 PM local time. Extension beyond 6:00 PM local time will attract a full-day rate based on the Rate of the day. Children/Extra Beds: All children under 6 years stay free of charge. Baby cots are available on request. All children of 6-12 years (inclusive) sharing the same bed with parents will be charged for breakfast at IDR 135,000 net per child. All older children or adults are charged IDR 750,000 net per room per night per person for extra bed, inclusive of breakfast. Our rooms can only accommodate maximum of one extra bed or one baby cot at the same time. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and subject to availability. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel at time of check-in. Pets Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the rights to amend the above terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
