A Security Deposit is required for all reservations. This is an amount that is fully refundable at check-out, as long as no damage has been caused by the guest during the stay. How the Security Deposit is paid: Guests can choose one of the following options: Cash on arrival, refunded in full on departure. Payment link sent before arrival, with the amount refunded after check-out (if no damage is found). Security Deposit amounts: Villas: €500 – €1000 Houses: €300 – €500 Apartments: €200 – €300 The exact amount required for each property is shown in the property description. By completing the booking and accepting the Terms & Conditions, the guest confirms that they understand and agree to the Security Deposit policy.
