House Rules and Information Check In Upon arrival: - You have to pay off any pending balance for your stay. -You are required to show your ID card or Passport for the registration at the Tourist Board. - You are subject to the payment of the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee” of 15€ per day/per villa, according to Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette A 204/11-12-2023). -You will receive 1 set of keys for the villa, which must not be passed on to non-residents. -Observe and report any possible existing damages at the villa within 60 minutes of checking in for prompt repair or replacement. Check Out At the day of the departure, you are kindly requested to check out from the villa the latest by 10.30 am so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other Guests coming right after you, as well as return the villa keys. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability. Advanced arrangements are required and additional charges will apply. * Before or at the designated Check-out time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check the villa. Please allow 20 minutes of check out time to facilitate. Missing or damaged items from the villa will be charged to your account. Double check if you have collected all of your personal belongings before check-out. Early departure There’s no refund in case of an early departure or a non show. Quiet hours Respect other Guests and treat them the way you would like to be treated by them. As per Greek Law 3/1996, you are kindly requested to be courteous to other Guests by keeping the noise to a minimum in public areas and around your pool area and refrain from music between the hours of 3.00 pm – 5.30 pm and 11.00 pm – 7:00 am. Parties are not allowed. Natura Verde Villas’ Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of Guests that violate the House Rules and seriously disturb the peace and quiet during above hours. Termination of stay due to violation of Quiet Hours does not constitute any right to a refund. Pets Pets are not allowed due to health regulations and hygiene policies. In exceptional cases they are allowed only after consultation with the management of Natura Verde Villas. Occupancy The number of persons allowed to stay at the villa is the number of persons agreed upon booking, as the price of the stay is dependent on the number of Guests for some villas.  In case during check-in or at any other time, there are more Guests than the reserved ones without any previous notice, Natura Verde Villas’ Management reserves the right to cancel the stay without any refund or apply extra charges. Visitors Policy The villa can only be used by persons who are registered as Guests. Non-registered persons are not allowed to stay overnight, or use the villa's facilities and equipment for hygienic and safety reasons. Visitors are allowed only with the explicit consent of  Natura Verde Villas’ Management. If it is found that non-registered persons are in the villa, Natura Verde Villas’ Management reserves the right to apply extra charges or cancel the rest of the stay without refund and without any prior notice. Maintenance Natura Verde Villas’ complex provides a complete Maintenance and Housekeeping Service in cooperation with a local professional company. Our Maintenance and Housekeeping Service is responsible for all maintenance, repair, and cleaning the villas, including communicating with Natura Verde Villa’s Management on all appropriate matters. -Housekeeping Service To provide all of our Guests with an exceptionally clean and safe villa experience, we provide housekeeping between the hours 9.00 am-2.00 pm every 3-4 days, for stays of more than 4 days. The actual service time will vary from villa to villa, and during this you have to vacate your villa in order to maintain social distance with our staff. -Bedding linen & Facial and Bath Towels changing is every 3-4 days(cleaning day). Bathrobes & Pool towels changing is once a week. Used Towels & Linen can be exchanged for fresh more often only upon guest’s request (additional charges may apply). -Swimming Pool Swimming pools are normally checked and cleaned three times a week during peak season and twice a week at all other times, this is usually done before you arrive, but sometimes will be during your stay. We would appreciate your compliance with the safety instructions that have been posted at the pool. § Make sure you are aware of the depth of the pool. § Do not swim if you have been drinking alcohol. § Always supervise children in and around the pool area. § Do not run around the pool area. § Diving is strictly prohibited. § Please do not use glass/ceramic tableware around the pool area. Use the special purpose tableware. * PLEASE NOTE Suntan lotion together with the effects of the sun can turn the pool water to cloudy. Before entering the pool, excess suntan lotion must be washed off. This will help to keep a “clear water” pool for your holiday. Responsibility and Liability -You are liable for all damages caused on purpose or by accident by your or any other person from your party to the villa property, its equipment and facilities. Please report any damages immediately to Natura Verde Villas’ Management for prompt repair or replacement. -You are requested to take all adequate precautions when using the villa and its facilities as well as paths around the house, garden, stairs and pool. The use is at your own risk. -Parents are responsible for the actions of their children* at all times. *Young children/infants: We have to emphasize that - like in most houses - stairs, swimming pool; balconies, traffic in close vicinity etc. are major areas of risk for young children being without parental supervision.  Natura Verde Villas’ Management does not accept liability for any accident or injury. Smoking Policy Smoking is allowed You may use the outside terraces and balconies for smoking. The smokers are kindly requested not to leave any cigarette buds in the villa, in the yard, or outside of it; and to take all necessary precautions and safety measures in the prevention of fire. Please refrain from smoking in bed or in any other place where smoking represents a fire hazard. Right of access In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of Guests, the owner has the right to enter the villa to prevent the occurrence of possible damage to the villa or if any Guest is at risk or in case a Guest violated the House Rules. Management Rights Moderate and controlled use of alcohol on the premises is perfectly acceptable, whereas possession and use of drugs is strictly forbidden (by law) at all times. Natura Verde Villas’ Management reserves the right to terminate any Guest’s stay immediately, without prior notice or refund, in the event of any acts of aggression, violence (verbal or physical) either to Natura Verde Villas’ staff or to other Guests, in the event of disturbance of the neighbors, or any use of alcohol deemed inappropriate or if found under the influence of drugs and in case of non-compensated material damages. Hazardous Goods Weapons, explosives, flammable objects and materials or other hazardous chemicals or dangerous  Goods of hazardous nature are strictly prohibited at Natura Verde Villa’s complex. You shall be solely liable and responsible to Natura Verde Villas complex, other Guests, visitors, and personnel for any loss (financial or otherwise) as well as damages that may be caused by such articles or as a result of your own negligence and non-compliance with the House rules of the villa. Confidentiality All personal information furnished by the Guests in relation to their transactions with Natura Verde Villas are  private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except to the extent if  required by law. Photographs and Videos Taking pictures and videos of the villa for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Any violation of this form is punishable and prosecuted by law. Safety Deposit Boxes You are advised to secure your personal belongings and valuables. There are safety deposit boxes at your disposal in every villa. Instructions are on every safe itself. Natura Verde Villa’s Management is not liable for any loss of personal property. Attention. There are not spare keys for the safety deposit boxes! Car Parking Complimentary self parking is available on site. Natura Verde Villa’s Management assumes no liability for any loss and/or damages to the vehicles parked therein and to the valuables left inside the vehicles. Please park your cars properly. Free Internet Access Wi-Fi is available in all villas and premises and is free of charge. The Network name is Natura Verde and the Wi-Fi password is 11111111 Equipment - Missing Items Equipment (e.g. crockery, glassware, pots and pans) has to be handled with care. It is forbidden to remove any equipment (pool towels, cutlery, appliances etc) from your villa. If you find out that you are missing an item (for example there are only 7 plates in an 8 person villa) please let us know and immediately we will make all the arrangements for the missing item to be delivered to you as soon as possible. Lost and found Unclaimed articles, whether valuable or non-valuable, shall be held for 14 days (including the day the item was found). Articles which remain unclaimed after this period shall be discarded. Perishable items will be discarded immediately. Natura Verde Villas’ Management is not obliged to inform Guests after check out about forgotten personal belongings or to cover the cost of shipping. Bins To help prevent attracting unwanted insects and other pests, please make sure that your rubbish is removed from the villa to the nearest bin. Toilets Toilet is not a bin! Please don’t flush toilet paper or other items down the toilet bowl as the country’s plumbing system is not designed to handle large amounts of paper. By flushing unwanted waste in the toilet or washbasin, you can cause not only pipe leakage but also subsequent flooding of the villa. Heat & Air Conditioning The thermostat is set to the cool mode at 21 °C. You may use the buttons of the remote control to increase or reduce the temperature. Please make sure that all the doors and windows are closed while using the air conditioning, to stop the cold air from escaping and save vital sources of our planet.Please turn the air conditioning off when leaving the villa. Washing Machines When using the washing machine PLEASE remember that there is a time delay when the load has finished its cycle, of between 1 and 2 minutes before the door will be released. Do not try to force the door as this will damage the appliance. Barbeque Keep the fire under constant control as everything around is very dry during the summer and very flammable. Use a small amount of water to safely quench the fire. Environmental Policy Natura Verde Villas is dedicated to the protection of our planet’s resources and encourage its Guests to help by: -Switching off lights when not in use; -Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use; -Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need! We thank you in advance for your comprehension and co-operation. Amendments Natura Verde Villas’ management reserves the right to alter or amend the above House Rules without any prior notice. We would like to inform you that when you make a booking it is implied that you are familiar and agree with the House Rules and Regulations, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of House Rules and Regulations can result in the cancellation of the stay, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.   We wish you a relaxing and memorable stay.
