Check In/Out Schedule Please note that official check in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and at a charge, as quoted below: - 30% of the daily rate for check ins/outs 2-3 hours before/after the official times - 50% of the daily rate for check ins/outs 3-5 hours before/after the official times - Respective daily rate for check ins/outs 5+ hours before/after the official time Damages Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Villa interior-outdoor areas and/or to any furnishings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors or guests. Mykonos Best reserves the right and you hereby authorize us to be reimbursed for any damages incurred to the villa during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning), or/and for any items missing. In cases there are no damages or losses at the time of checkout, the deposit amount (guarantee) will be fully refundable to the guest. Valuables Mykonos Best cannot be held responsible for items lost or misplaced in the property. In house safe boxes are provided and recommended for guest use. Also several of our houses provide you with alarm systems, that can be used upon guest’s convenience. No responsibility is accepted for any loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure. In case lost items are found, the owner will post them back to the desired address at his convenience and at the guest’s expenses. Safety Mykonos Best will not be liable for any loss or injuries resulting from use of the villa, pool, or any part of the property howsoever caused. All guests must follow the rules and notices of safety matters, use common sense and parents must supervise their children at all times. Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times during their stay and respect the property and neighborhood. Mykonos Best reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the property if, according to Greek laws, we consider any of the above provisions to have been breached. In that case, Mykonos Best shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
