How do you get to Santorini By Sea Every day there are ferries connecting Santorini with Piraeus. Itineraries become even more frequent during summer months. On the conventional ships the voyage takes 10 hours, while using the fast new generation ships it takes 8 hours. There are also high speed boats which take 5 hours. By Air There are daily flights from Athens to Santorini with Olympic Airways and Aegean Airlines. The flight lasts 50 minutes There are flights from Thessaloniki to Santorini with Aegean Airlines.
