HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY & CHILDREN POLICY Each suite accommodates up to 2 adults, and, where available, 1 child aged 4–12 years on a sofa bed at a supplement of €75 per night. Children under 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing the room with parents or using a baby cot (on request). Guests aged 13 years and above are considered as adults for rates and occupancy purposes. The Villa accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old). All children under 18 must always be supervised by a parent or guardian, especially in the SPA, Gym, and swimming pool areas, where unaccompanied minors are not permitted. Occupancy limits must be respected at all times, particularly during quiet hours (00:00 – 08:00). PETS Pets are welcome in all suites except Junior Suites on the 4th floor, at no additional charge. Pets must be kept on a leash in all public and common areas. For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in shared swimming pools, the SPA, or fitness areas. QUIET HOURS (00:00 – 08:00) To maintain a serene and relaxing atmosphere, no external guests or loud music or noise disturbances are permitted during quiet hours. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including all suites and the Villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas such as patios, terraces, pool decks, and outdoor restaurants. A penalty of up to €500 will apply for violations of the non-smoking policy. PARTIES & EVENTS Private parties or events are not permitted, unless the entire property is booked exclusively. Even in such cases, quiet hours (00:00–08:00) remain in effect to respect the tranquility of neighboring properties. CLEANING & LINEN POLICY All rooms are cleaned daily between 08:00 and 15:00. Guests may request a turn down service before 19:00. Linen and towels are replaced daily. Additional towel changes can be requested at the front desk. A third same-day change of towels or linens may incur a fee. No cleaning service is available after 21:00. MINI-BAR Each suite is equipped with a fully stocked mini-bar. Items consumed will be charged according to the price list available in-room or at the front desk. The mini-bar is replenished daily or upon request. DAMAGE & THEFT POLICY All damages should be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout their stay. Any damage, breakage, or theft caused by a guest or their party will result in charges covering repair or replacement costs. The property reserves the right to charge for any unreported damage discovered after check-out. GUEST CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE Guests must comply with local laws and regulations. The possession or use of prohibited or illegal items is strictly forbidden. Any violation may lead to removal from the property and notification of local authorities. NO ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR POLICY The safety and well-being of staff, guests, and visitors are our top priority. Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior towards employees, other guests, or visitors will not be tolerated. Severe cases may result in immediate removal from the property and involvement of local authorities. POLICY ENFORCMENT Violation of any of the above rules, or behavior contrary to house policies, may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
