Check-in/out requirements The official check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later than this, please let us know (by email to m.bakaniari@mariyaliving.gr or through viber and whatsapp to +30 6947575680 , and we will provide you with a four-digit code to retrieve your keycard from the key safe box located outside your apartment. Additional information and a brief video will be sent to you one day prior to your arrival. As Maria Bakaniari always strives to welcome her guests personally, She will reach out to you to find a time that works best for you, so she can greet you and share details about the surrounding area. In this case, please inform us and we will send you our bank account details. The wire transfer fees are a client's rensponsibility. In case the payment is been made by credit card, please note that the owner of the credit card which is registered in the payment form must be present at the property and his/her name must be registered as a guest in the reservation. In any other case the payment must be made by wire trasfer only.   Pet friendly upon request If you are willing to travel with your four legged friend we are pet-friendly upon reques by email to m.bakaniari@mariyaliving.gr Not all our apartments are pet friendly, so we are asking from our guests to send us a confirmation request regarding their pet. Special terms and conditions are applied-only dogs are accepted. Pet Fees Pet daily rate: 10 euro per day/per pet Pet warrandy: 100 euro refundable damage deposit will be charged upon your arrival and it will be refunded upon departure. Late check in Guests can peak up their keys from the reception on the day of their arrival until 15.00 In case of late arrival they can recieve their card key from the safe key lock box which is outside of their apartment.
