The Lotza studios original building is more than 200 years old and recently restored, although we are having a renovation in 2005, without losing any charm of traditional architecture. For our studios we have created a shared small swimming pool with Jacuzzi. We also have created in 2017 indoor mini pools for our apartments and in 2018 three more rooms with private water facilities and private outdoor areas.

All rooms have a kitchenette, air conditioning (cooling/ heating), internet access, TV, iron and hairdryer.
