Important notice: 1. A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the official cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel . Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. 2. Please note that the cardholder name should always be the same as the guest name. At check-in and for validation purposes, you will be asked to present your ID or passport along with the same credit card used to secure your reservation, which must be valid for the entire stay.   Group Policies Rates published online are not valid for Group Bookings. A “Group Booking” is defined as a booking for 4 rooms/suites or more with the same or similar arrival and departure date (Connecting rooms are considered as 2 units). In case of any reservation that has been identified as a Group Booking, the hotel reserves the right to contact the client in connection with special conditions and rates relating to Group Bookings. In case of any reservation that has been identified as a Group Booking, the hotel reserves the right to refuse and cancel any such reservations if the client has not accepted the hotel’s applicable special booking conditions and rates.
