Gazette F 167 A')] The guest is liable, and must compensate the hotelier, for any damage caused at the hotel rooms and/or the hotel premises either by himself or his visitors or any persons under his responsibility. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES Best Value Rate Payment Policy 50% of the total reservation amount will be collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations of 4 nights or less, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. For last-minute bookings, the full reservation amount will be collected at the time of booking. All prepayments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Best Value Rate Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is not available for this rate. 50% cancellation fees apply for cancellations made at any time after booking. 100% cancellation fees apply for cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival. The total reservation amount will be charged in the event of a no-show or early departure. The full nightly rate will be charged for any nights missed due to arrival later than the scheduled date. Any prepayments made are non-refundable and non-transferable for future use.
