KATHAROS POOL VILLAS IN OIA The location is only a few minutes between the center of Oia village and the beautiful Ammoudi bay.  The downhill road from Oia takes at the across between Ammoudi bay and Katharos beach, where the hotel is on the right hand. 

1- Detailed description: a) Complex: Katharos Villas consists of 6 detached villas, called Superior Villas, in an area of 4.800 sqm, with a garden of 3.000 sqm and the private parking of 1.200 sqm. Each villa is 90 sqm and has a private heated pool by Jacuzi system with size of 4*2,5*0,75 meters, private terrace of 60 sqm and a private balcony of 18 sqm. b) Superior Villa with private pool: The Superior Villa with private heated pool and 6 bed seaters, for a better experience, can accommodate a family with less than four children or two couples of adults or three single adults, in two separate areas and floors. The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area as well as a double bed queen size turned into a relaxing sofa and a bathroom.  The lower level consists of the main bedroom with double bed queen size in latex, a sitting area with a fold up extra single bed and a second bathroom. The policy is subject to the further rates: - Payment on site. Cancellation free of charges is allowed up to 30 days to the day of the check in. 100% total amount is due after the expiration of the free cancellation and before the arrival. In case of cancellation from the day of the check in or in case of not show the hotel charges the full amount and no refund is admitted.  - Not-refundable rate: It requires the full prepayment at the time of booking and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modifications. The rates are subject to the following conditions: - The prices are published for the whole villa. Cooked Breakfast, served in the Villa, may require an extra charge per person.
