Hotel Service Charge Information All reservations made up to and including the 6th of May 2026 were subject to our Hotel Service Charge policy. Under this policy, all guests are required to pay €55 per registered guest(s), per total stay, upon arrival. This policy was active for all reservations created until the 6th of May 2026, even if the actual stay dates are scheduled for a future date. All reservations made from the 7th of May 2026 and after, even if made for a future stay for the Low season (October - March) the hotel service charge is 20€ per registered guest(s) per total stay, and, for the High season (April - September) the hotel service charge is 25€ per registered guest(s) per total stay. Hotel service charge is a one time charge per guest(s) and it includes: Cleaning Service, Pool & Maintenance Service, Bell Room Service, Concierge Service
